Education
Join us in bringing the Maxwell Youth Program to your school, university, or academy. You can help integrate our leadership curriculum into your classrooms, or as an extracurricular program, shaping students into leaders while they are at school. In this partnership, we can build an environment for young people to grow in character, influence, and purpose.
Creative
Join our front-line as a Maxwell Youth Facilitation Trainer, or as an operational volunteer. You'll be trained in our Maxwell Essentia program and Maxwell Youth Facilitation Training program, and you will take part in delivering and implementing our leadership programs directly with students and schools. You'll get hands-on experience and the chance to watch transformation happening up close as you equip the next generation of leaders.
Administrative
Be the bridge between Maxwell Youth and Indonesia - organize and represent our work in conversations with schools, organizations, and media partners. We're looking for people of influence, who have vast networks and a passion for building meaningful partnerships that will make our mission possible. You will represent Maxwell Youth and expand our family of leaders who are forging forwards for the youth of Indonesia.
Operational
