Maxwell Youth is a non-profit organization dedicated to mentoring young people, helping them grow in character, influence, and purpose. Our program is rooted in John C. Maxwell's philosophy of leadership, and through this program we seed transformation in the lives of youths from diverse backgrounds.

We recognize that youth today face complex challenges, and their future may often feel uncertain to us, and even more so to them. We believe that strong leadership is the key to navigating and shaping this future into a certain one. Through our organization, the youth today can mature into leaders who lead with integrity, vision, and resilience.

Maxwell Youth empowers and equips young people to make a difference through a 48-week program rooted in John C. Maxwell's principles of leadership. We believe leaders are born when they start thinking about the needs, wants, and aspirations of others. In partnership with schools, parents, and communities, we aim to raise a generation of leaders in Indonesia that can create positive change.
